A nylon line (0.20 mm); a long thin needle; needle-nose pliers; scissors;
a carabiner; 4 mm and 5 mm rings

Procedure

Step 1

Cut off around 1 m of line. String 6x R and 1x T on one end of the line (fig. no. 1a) and tie a double knot. Stitch through to the T and pass the line through the upper hole (fig. no. 1b).

Step 2

Further string 1x B and 1x RO onto the line (fig. no. 2a), pass the line through the upper hole of the B (fig. no. 2b), string 1x T (fig. no. 2c), then string 1x B and 1x RO, pass the line through the upper hole of the B and thread it through the T and the first B (fig. nos. 2d - 2e). Thread the line through the RO and then once again through the B and the lower hole of the T (fig. nos. 2f - 2g).

Step 3

Thread the line through the top hole of the T and sew on the group of R10 - T - R10 (fig. no. 3a). Pass the line through the upper hole of the T (fig. no. 3b).

Step 4

Repeat steps 2-3 until you reach the desired length of the bracelet (fig. no. 4a). Sew 6x R10 to the last T (fig. no. 4b). Use the connecting rings to attach the fastening (fig. no. 4c).
