Why glass?

Medically safe, even for children
Straws made from glass are medically safe and do not release any harmful substances, such as phthalates. They do not influence the taste of the beverage or release any smells or colours and they are very easy to maintain.

Washable and for repeated use
The straws can be used repeatedly and can be washed using the brush that is included in the packaging. The straws are not dishwasher safe due to the risk of sediments from dishwasher tablets and gels forming in their cavities.

Heavy-duty
The thick walls of the straws ensure that they are heavy-duty and hard. For all that, however, they are is still made of glass and are not unbreakable. It is not advisable to bite the glass straws and as such we recommend adult supervision in children under 12. The straws are only designed for use with cold beverages.
