The glass artist Anna Martinková focusses her work on traditional hand-worked glass. She also dedicated herself to design during her studies, but she now tends more towards the path of applied art and looks for connections between geometry, mathematics and symbolism with historical styles in her work.
She dyes fabric with avocado stones and then embroiders her dresses with Czech seed beads. Andrea Vytlačilová, a talented student at Central Saint Martins in London, has returned to her Czech roots and traditions in her clothing collection.
Květoslava Konopková's company is exclusively involved in the production of seed bead costume jewellery and fashion accessories. The company regularly participates at the Made in Jablonec fashion show, for which it designs and prepares original and sumptuous costume jewellery and accessories for the individual models.
