She works exclusively with Czech lampworking glass from the PRECIOSA Traditional Czech Glass™ brand made by Preciosa Ornela.
She comes from North Moravia, but has lived in Bohemia for more than 30 years. She has been engaged in various types of handcrafts since her childhood, when she was most taken with crocheting, knitting and sewing.
She dyes fabric with avocado stones and then embroiders her dresses with Czech seed beads. Andrea Vytlačilová, a talented student at Central Saint Martins in London, has returned to her Czech roots and traditions in her clothing collection.
