Procedure

Step 1

Cut off 40 cm of wire. place 1x D1 in its centre. Bend both ends of the wire.

String 2 cm of D1 (12 – 15x) onto both ends of the wire.

String 2 cm of D1 (12 – 15x), 3 cm of D2 (12 – 15x) and 7 cm of D3 (25 – 30x) onto one half of the wire.

Step 4

String 2 cm of D4 (12 – 15x), 3 cm of D5 (12 – 15x) and 7 cm of D6 (25 – 30x) onto the second half of the wire.

Step 5

Twist the ends of the wire together. Start immediately behind the D. The length of the wire twist is 8–10 mm. Twist the strung D. Grasp the beginning of the wire bifurcation in one hand. Hold the D3 and D6 next to the wire twist in the other. Twist the wrist of the hand holding the D3 and D6. Cut off the twisted wires and fold them in between the D.

Step 6

Prepare 20 cm of cord. Thread the cord at the site of the twist. Tie off the ends of the cord with a simple knot.
