Made in Jablonec 2019, this time in the Haute Couture style
The gala evening full of magnificent gowns and costume jewelry collections took place for the tenth time in 2019. The first week of January, specifically Thursday 10. 1. 2019, belonged to Jablonec costume jewelry which has a long tradition here.
In comparison with previous years, this year’s “Made in Jablonec” show also presented many more collections from secondary schools with an artistic specialisation, which we are very pleased about.
Preciosa Ornela has supported and been actively involved in the preparation of a number of outfits through its cooperation several secondary schools. The company has provided the Applied Arts Secondary School and College in Jablonec, which has designed two evening gowns, the High School of Applied Arts for Glassmaking in Železný Brod and the College of Fashion Design in Prague with glass materials and costume jewellery components in order to enable the students to create youthful fashion designs.
Preciosa Ornela cooperates with several such secondary schools.

The students of the College of Fashion Design and Secondary School of Fashion in Prague prepared three unique models.
Preciosa Ornela also supported the College of Fashion Design in Prague in its preparation for the show by providing the students with seed beads from the PRECIOSA Traditional Czech Beads™ brand.
