Sewn earrings made from PRECIOSA Twin™

We have prepared a project to help you make earrings in the shape of tears.

You can try combining two sizes of PRECIOSA Twin™ Pressed Beads supplemented with PRECIOSA Solo™ beads in these sewn earrings. We wish you a pleasant time when creating these earrings.

Materials

Earring hooks; rings; an eye pin (about 8 mm longer than the used bead)

Tools

A 0.20 mm nylon line; scissors; 
needle nose pliers; flat nose pliers

Procedure

Step 1

Cut off about 60 cm of line. String 1x T1 and 
4x R. Thread the line through the second hole 
of the T1. Move to the middle of the line. 
Thread the line through everything one more time.

Step 2

String 8x T1, 1x T2, 1x T1 and 6x T2 onto one half of the line. Thread the line through the second hole of the 5th T2 one more time. Pace the T in a „zig-zag“ formation. 
Fill in five spaces between the T: 1x T2 into each of the first two gaps and 1x T1 into each of the remaining three. Also thread the line through the second hole of the last added T1.

Step 3

String 1x T1 into the gap under the R on the second half of the line. Thread the line through the holes of those beads threaded in the 2nd step. Also thread the line through the second hole of the T1 under the R loop.

Step 4

Add a T1 and T2 to the gaps between 
the T. Add 1x T1 to each of the first two on the left-hand side and 2x T2 to each 
of the three lower gaps. Add 1x T2 to each 
of the side gaps. Also thread the line through the second holes in the T2 added above.

Step 5

Add T1, T2 or S to the gaps. Add 1x T1 to the first two gaps on the left and right-hand sides. String 2x T2 to the central gaps and 2x R between them. Add 2x S to the corner gaps and 1xs S to the remaining ones. 
Tie off both halves of the line between 
the central T2 and pull it into the T and S.

Step 6

String an FPB onto an eye pin. 
Twist an eye onto the protruding wire between the points of the pliers. 
Hang it in the gap behind the lower R 
using a ring.

Step 7

Hang an earring hook on the top R loop.
