A 0.20 mm line – a length of about 80 cm; a sewing needle; scissors

 

Procedure

Sew through each row several times, so that it is sufficiently strong. Before stringing the beads, check all the holes to ensure that they are clear.

Step 1

String 6x Tw (fig. no. 1a) and tie them in a circle with a double knot (fig. no. 1b). Leave about 8 cm at the end and sew the end of the line in.

Step 2

Pull the needle through the second hole of the Tw (fig. no. 2a), add 1x Tw (fig. no. 2b) and pass to the adjacent Tw (fig. no. 2c + 2d). Repeat this around the circle (fig no. 2e) and add a total of 6x Tw.

Step 3

The line extends from the second hole of the Tw (fig. no. 3a), add 2x Ch (fig. no. 3b) and pass to the adjacent Tw (fig no. 3c + 3d).
Repeat all around the circle (fig. no. 3e), add a total of 12x Ch.

Step 4

The line extends from one hole on the Ch, also thread the needle and the line through the second hole of the Ch (fig. no. 4a). Add Th (fig no. 4b + 4c + 4d) between the straight sides of the Ch and add R11 (fig no. 4e + 4f) between the rounded sides of the Ch. Repeat this all the way around the circle until the circle is completed (fig. no. 4g), add a total of 6x R11 and 6x Th.

Step 5

Tie off the line with a double knot, sew both ends of the line into the nearest holes and the snowflake is complete (fig. no. 5a + 5b).
