Come and celebrate the glassmaker’s art with us at the Crystal Valley Week 2026 festival which will take place in the very heart of the Crystal Valley from 24. to 29. 8. 2026.
This will be the fourth year of the city festival which offers a range of exhibitions, installations, fashion shows, markets, a side program and creative workshops run by master glassmakers, companies and students from the region’s art schools.

Plissé Plisování | Studio Umyo, Baptista Vandaele, Preciosa Ornela
At Šaldovo Square, the first box awaits you with the installation Plissé Plisování made from LIBA Colors 96 glass rods, created for Crystal Valley Week. The installation represents a convergence where the centuries-old tradition of Czech glassmaking meets a refined French sense of geometry, ornamentation, and visual rhythm. The project, created in collaboration between glass artist Eva Nováková (Studio Umyo) and Parisian designer Baptiste Vandaele with the generous support of Preciosa Ornela, transforms tradition into a fresh, contemporary experience.

A Glass Boutique on the Streets of Liberec: Unique Fashion and Jewelry Under the Open Sky.
Step into a world where the beauty of glass meets the elegance of fashion. This transparent pop-up showroom combines the delicate art of glassmaking with cutting-edge Czech design. Through the glass walls of the container, you can admire original designs by leading Czech fashion designers, complemented by exclusive costume jewelry from the Jablonec region.

BEAD FOR THE WORLD - EXHIBITION
All paths for glass seed bead lovers lead to Crystal Valley. Please accept our invitation to a small sample of what is being made from them in various corners of the world. Welcome to the global empire ruled by the Queen called Bead.
