Glass Plaques

Blank, unadorned glass blocks and stands – these semi-products are suitable for decoration using a number of techniques (for example, sandblasting, engraving, lasering, cutting and so on). The simple and fast modern technology of today has almost fully replaced the once common plaques with relief motifs which were created on the plaques directly in the form of an imprint in the hot glass material.

There is also a special set of plaques with a place for the insertion of a clockwork mechanism or a picture. Preciosa Ornela also has a special collection of “Genius Loci Bohemiae” picture paperweights with regional scenes.
